Via Lugano has been my home for 6 years! We love it here! The staff are all amazing. My questions are always answered the ... same day. Overall it is a beautiful safe place to call home. The only negative would be the trash situation, but that comes down to the residents that live here not knowing how to put their trash in the compacter and closing it properly. I would suggest adding another trash compactor to the back of the community to help prevent trash over flow! Other than that I am proud to call Via Lugano my home! Great place to live- management is excellent - super communicative, follow up is timely, issues resolved immediately or at ... earliest possible, property is well kept and units are REALLY safe. I haven't checked out the pool and gym but I know they renovated and I'm sure they're really nice. I love the keyless entry and I have hurricane windows!!!. I haven't seen anything like this in a rental community. Convenient to 95 and shops/restaurants - Via Lugano is really a unique and special place and I'm really happy I found it! I have lived in this community since September 2022. I love where I live, my neighbors, the office staff and the maintenance ... staff. This is the first community I’ve lived in that I enjoy every part of this community. I recently needed temporary modified adjustments to my apartment for a broken knee. While I was in rehab they prepared my home for my return just as requested and did a follow up to make sure the request was completed to my liking.
